It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chris Prinn. It is in times of tragedy that we find comfort in the bonds fostered by the game of hockey.  The Casco Bay Family will always be there to support his wife, Jenny, and sons, Oliver and Atticus. 

As a Casco Bay player, coach, and board member, Chris touched so many lives over many years. A star player for Casco Bay and Yarmouth High School, Chris was the rare person who was not only a great athlete, but also an accomplished artist who designed the Casco Bay logo featured on every jersey. His passing leaves a hole in our hearts, but we will remember Chris Prinn every time a player pulls on a Casco Bay jersey.

We all have so many great memories of our times together. Chris’ old Casco Bay teammates will recall the glories of their youth, the players he coached will remember his kindness, and his friends will recollect all of the good times we had together both playing hockey and telling stories in the locker room. We will miss him and try to always remember the happy times. Casco Bay Hockey will not be the same without Chris Prinn.

We are planning events at Casco Bay Arena to honor and remember Chris once Covid restrictions are eased.
